5.1. Access
The access to ADVANCIS® Anti-Aging social media pages (Facebook, Instagram), is free and a membership is required. The use of these pages allow the user to interact with by sharing and uploading photos, videos, comments and experiences. When requested to provide personal data for access to certain areas of the pages, it is mandatory that users guarantee the veracity, accuracy, authenticity and validity of the same, resulting in the application of the Privacy Policy.
5.2. Terms of Use:
The user commits to make an appropriate and lawful use of ADVANCIS® Anti-Aging social media pages as well as the contents and services, in accordance with the legislation applicable at all times, with morals and generally accepted good customs and with public order. In this way, the user must maintain an appropriate conduct towards other users. It is not allowed behaviors and attitudes that demonstrate a lack of respect, rudeness or insults. The use of two or more identities by the same person may result in blocking access to the respective pages, since the use of fake profiles are not allowed, neither identity theft is admitted.
5.3. Content posted by users
All content posted on ADVANCIS® Anti-Aging social media pages are subject to the current regulations on intellectual and/or industrial property, as well as the applicable regulations on image rights. Users who publish on these pages contents protected by intellectual property rights, industrial or image rights assign to Farmodiética, with exclusive and free character, and during the period of validity of the same, the ownership of all intellectual, industrial and image property rights over them, which may be used by Farmodiética without any kind of limitation. The assignment of rights includes, without limitation, the rights of reproduction, distribution and public communication, and Farmodiética may exploit them by any means or support. Farmodiética may also assign and/or license to third parties, with or without its exclusive character, the rights assigned.
5.4. Page Moderation
Farmodiética S.A., as administrator of ADVANCIS® Anti-Aging social networking pages, will moderate actions and users participation, as well as the content published. In the event of a user who does not comply with these Terms of Use, Farmodiética may proceed immediately and without prior notice to the deletion of comments or other published content. According to the criteria established, a user may also be blocked for non-compliance with the rules.
